Extended Stay America has reached a significant milestone with the opening of its 50th Premier Suites hotel in Schertz, Texas. This new property, the Extended Stay America Premier Suites San Antonio – Schertz, was developed in collaboration with Provident Realty Advisors and adds to the growing portfolio of Extended Stay America hotels.

A Landmark Opening for Extended Stay America

The Schertz hotel is a three-story new build featuring 115 spacious rooms designed to meet the needs of long-term guests. Each suite includes essential amenities such as a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils, and dishes, along with a dedicated workspace.

Guests will also benefit from free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, and onsite guest laundry.

Greg Juceam, President and CEO of Extended Stay America, expressed the company’s excitement about this achievement, highlighting the importance of reaching the 50th Premier Suites milestone.

Juceam noted the role of Provident Realty Advisors in helping the company expand its footprint in emerging markets through franchising.

Schertz, Texas: A Growing Market for Extended Stay Accommodations

Schertz is strategically located along the I-35 corridor, between San Antonio and Austin, in an area marked by rapid development and increasing demand for extended stay accommodations.

Mason Miller, Managing Director at Provident Realty Advisors, shared the significance of the Schertz property as the first newly constructed hotel under the Premier Suites brand.

He emphasized the area’s continued growth, the demand generated by local development projects, and the value of the hotel’s location near Randolph Air Force Base.

Provident Realty Advisors is also developing additional Premier Suites hotels in Kyle and Temple, Texas.
